MONTE's BIO:
Monte has been Christian since the age of 10. He preached his 1st
sermon at age 11 to his mom & dad, and two deacons in his small
church in California. He ran to his bedroom crying after his sermon
on the Prodigal Son because "nobody got saved." The call on his life
was evident as he served in the youth ministry at that same church
upon returning home after college. Since then, he served as a Youth
Pastor and Elder. His heart beats for missions and particularly,
exposing young people to the wonders of God's love, mercy, and
grace. He received much of his training from Moody Bible Institute.
Vocationally, Monte
Montemayor has been selling in the technology industry for 25 years
with successful careers at IBM, Silicon Graphics, Corel and
Microsoft. His sales experience lies in managing highly complicated,
competitive, fast paced multi-national firms such as Nike, Levi
Strauss, McKesson and Accenture while his sales management career
has focused on driving maximum results from highly agile
high-performance sales organizations. Currently Monte serves as the
Director of Vendor Sales & Ops for Microsoft's Small Medium Business
division where he runs a team of Inside Tele Sales Vendors selling

TESTIMONY:
My father was tragically injured in an auto accident, which left him
in a coma for nearly 5 months. He had severe burns over most of his
body, a broken neck, back and many bones. It was an act of Mercy and
Love that my father woke up, though he had nearly 100% amnesia. Over
the next summer, we began to attend a small church in our city where
we were introduced to the Lord. In college I experienced a Spiritual
Awakening which resulted in a serious commitment to God's word and
surrender of my life, will, and dreams to His purposes. He moved to
WA State around 1995 when he began to serve in Youth Ministry and
later as an Elder of the church. As one of the overseers of the
Missions program, Monte has been able to serve in Mexico many times,
Nicaragua, Venezuela and in April 2011 traveled to Cambodia. Monte's
passion now burns for the Youth of the World. It is his goal for
Jesus to become REAL in the lives of today's teens. His life verse
is Ezra 7:10
"For Ezra had
set his heart to study the law of the LORD, and to
practice it, and to teach His statues and ordinance
in Israel"
